Gift cards can be applied to new passes or existing passes when they're up for renewal. All gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

For New Monthly & Annual Pass Members - The gift card recipient can sign up for MoGo here and enter the code provided in their gift card to waive the cost of the pass. Credit or debit cards still must be entered on the sign up form in the event of additional fees (any single trip that lasts longer than 60 minutes).

For Renewing Monthly & Annual Members - Within 30 days of your pass renewal date, you may apply the gift card code to your pass using your online account. To access your online account, click here. In the Profile tab, scroll down to Current Membership Plan and enter the code provided in your gift card. Your pass will automatically renew with this code applied.

For All Prepaid Pass Gift Cards - Bring your gift card code to any MoGo station kiosk or use the Transit app to activate your pass. At the kiosk, prior to tapping "Finalize" on the final screen, tap "Enter Discount Code" to waive the cost of the Prepaid Pass.
